Work for Us

Work as a process server.

Ever wondered what it would be like to work as a process server? Looking for something different? Have your own car and would like to compliment your income? We could have exactly what you’re looking for.

Process serving is an exciting job, where no two days are the same. It’s one of those industries which can be difficult to break into unless you know someone, as there’s no real training around dealing with real situations in the field, along with the different aspects of the job in keeping the clients happy.

In looking to grow our team across the Australia, we’re looking to offer guidance to those who wish to get their feet wet and give it a try.

Please note that most of the industry is paid on a ‘per job’ basis as a subcontractor, so if you’re looking to give it a try, you’ll need an ABN number and issue invoices for payment as matters complete.

Experienced and/or New to Industry agents wanted

While we’re very pleased to take on people new to the process serving industry, we’re also keen to add experienced process servers to our team. Having a few years experience definitely makes you a valuable team member.

Where will I work?

Most agents work a section of suburbs close to their home office, as is convenient to them. This can be a small radius or larger. Other agents like to take on the rural areas, that take in the long drives, well away from the cities and metro areas. Whatever area you work is at your discretion and choice.

What do I need?

For most people, the requirements are fairly easy to get up and running. You’ll need your own car and drivers licence, mobile phone, definitely a laser printer hooked to your PC/MAC or laptop and some basic stationary items (sticky tape, masking tape, A4 envelopes, etc)

Do I need to have a licence for serve documents?

The need for a licence comes back to the state where you’ll be serving. Some states require a licence and others don’t. For states that require a licence for processing serving, we need to know you’re licenced before we can forward work to you. Process serving without a licence in a state requiring a licence carries large fines, so this is a very important item. Some states issue 1 year licences and other states issue longer period licences. The names of the licences also vary from state to state, based on the legislation under which they operate.

How do I apply?
